崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)對(duì)接、電控系統(tǒng)功能定義、系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì)，技術(shù)開(kāi)口項(xiàng)管理和技術(shù)方案交付；

Responsible for the INV system function topology, system function requirement analysis; Responsible for the FMEA, FTA, 8D analysis, system performance optimization and function validation test;
3、參與功能安全開(kāi)發(fā)，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)分析技術(shù)安全需求TSR，將系統(tǒng)級(jí)的安全需求分解到軟硬件對(duì)應(yīng)層面；編寫(xiě)安全概念和安全需求，負(fù)責(zé)功能安全系統(tǒng)階段開(kāi)發(fā)及測(cè)試工作；
Take part in the function safety development, according to the system architecture Technical Safety Concept, decompose the safety requirement to HW and SW level; Compile the safety concept and safety requirement, responsible for the system level development and testing works;
4、負(fù)責(zé)在支持客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或者工廠(chǎng)的技術(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)或整車(chē)調(diào)試，能夠支持EMC測(cè)試

任職條件：
1.車(chē)輛工程/ 機(jī)電一體化/ 汽車(chē)電子工程/機(jī)械/電子/自動(dòng)化及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，電機(jī)或電機(jī)控制相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering / Mechatronics / Automotive Electronic Engineering / machinery or related, major in motor or motor control is preferred.
2.3年以上電機(jī)行業(yè)、汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 在新能源汽車(chē)領(lǐng)域至少有1個(gè)完整項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉新能源汽車(chē)、電機(jī)行業(yè)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。（可接受0-1年經(jīng)驗(yàn)，相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生、已取得畢業(yè)證學(xué)位證）
More than 3 years working experience in motor industry and auto parts industry; Have at least 1 complete project experience in the field of new energy vehicles, familiar with relevant standards of new energy vehicles and motor industry.
3.熟悉驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)控制器產(chǎn)品，對(duì)電控,電源的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理、性能、電氣原理、等方面并能把握行業(yè)新趨勢(shì)新變化。
Familiar with INV products, able to grasp the new trends and changes of the industry in terms of INV ME, performance, electrical principles etc.
4.熟悉ISO26262, ASPICE等規(guī)范，熟悉功能安全流程相關(guān)知識(shí)。

5.熟練使用CAN工具使用，CANape/CANOE or INCA；了解EMC相關(guān)測(cè)試知識(shí)。
Proficient usage of the CAN tools, CANape/CANOE or INCA. Familiar with the E-Axle EMC test methods and criterions.
6.能夠獨(dú)立完成相關(guān)任務(wù)，可以接受20%左右的出差安排。
Able to work indenpently and adapt to work trip up to ~20% of work time.
7.掌握英語(yǔ)四級(jí)及以上，書(shū)面流利，能進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)日常交流（能做自我介紹）；日語(yǔ)是加分項(xiàng)，日語(yǔ)好的可放寬要求。
Have a proficiency level of English at the CET-4 or above, with fluent written skills and the ability to conduct daily English communication (able to introduce oneself); Japanese is an additional advantage, and more relaxed requirements can be made for those who are good at Japanese.
