Identify customer requirements and pain points, determine corresponding service strategies, coordinate company resources, and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate closely with business, product, and operations teams to coordinate online purchasing, payment collection, and after-sales services for customers, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
