Responsibility：

1.Responsible for sending and receiving documents between the project team and Saudi Aramco through the online system (EPM).
2.Responsible for countersigning all offline-approved procurement-related documents, consolidating and submitting procurement payment documents to finance, summarizing and submitting financial fund plans, handling internal department memoranda and submission management, managing fixed asset procurement documents, and sealed commercial bid management,etc.
3.Responsible for the collection, archiving, and management of contract documents and letters from suppliers.
4.Responsible for printing, copying, and organizing the procurement completion documents.

Requirements：

1.Minimum 3 years of experience as a DCC Engineer or in a similar role in procurement department.
2.Hands-on experience with document management systems (DMS) and electronic document control processes.
3.Experience working with large-scale engineering projects in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
