Job Responsibility:
1. Participate in ITB documents and contracts negotiation, follow up and clarification until the award of the project(s); organize the draft, review and risk assessment of contracts and check the final texts of contracts.
2. Conduct the whole process management of EPC contracts and its subcontracts.
3. Participate in the settlement of contract disputes and provide contractual support and services to project team.
4. Collection of clues of change/claim (including insurance claim) against the Client during execution of contract, prepare the related documents and conduct the negociation on the counterclaim from subcontractors or vendors.
5. Provide contract-related training and consulting services for team of CPECC.
6. Coordinate with and assist interanal or external legal team to handle various disputes to workout the mediation, arbitration or litigation scheme for the resolutions;
7. Carry out other works assigned by senior management.
Knowledgements Requirement:
1. Law, contract, economics, engineering and other related majors;
2. At least 3 years of experience of EPC contract management for Oil
