Expand change notice including processes and standards to relative departments and upload into portal and ensure relative colleagues understood change points; 2. Review, improve and release Edscha Automotive Technology processes. 3. Take responsibilities for performing internal audit, and coordinate for Headquarter audit and external audits by 3rd party or customers and lead closing all findings; 4. Support improvement of quality system at Edscha plants in China if needed; - Supplier development 1. Perform potential suppliers‘ audit for Edscha group in China if needed; 2. Perform regular suppliers’ audit for Edscha group in China if needed; 3. Conduct gap analysis when necessary for supplier continuous improvement; 4. Support plant supplier quality team in China or overseas to solve high impact complaints in development phase or mass production if needed; - Other tasks as assigned. Required qualifications: - IATF16949 internal auditor(min 3 years quality system management experience); - VDA 6.3 auditor; - Over 3 years supplier quality/development experience on profile/stamping/forging/injection; molding/fastener/Electronic parts (min familiar with 2 commodities above); - Be good at 5 tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA); - Good 8D skill; - Good at English speaking and writing; - Smoothly using office software; - Good communication skills.
