gqa-supplier quality engineer(bu alkaline)
job description :
responsible for supplier quality, outgoing quality and quality assurance of battery products;
follow up with battery testing in performance,reliability&safety;
handling customer complaint with failure analysis and 8d report follow up;
provide weekly and monthly reporting on shipment quality of supplier;
interface to supplier for supplier assessment,process and shipment audit;
able to work independently,travelling to suppliers required.
experience requirements:
university degree or above in engineer or quality related discipline;
good command of reading and written english (level 4 or above);
at least 5 years or above experience in qc/qa, experienced in testing;
knowledge of battery related standard like iec60086,ansi,ul,un standard;
iso9001 trained is a must, iso14001,iso45001 training is perferred;
6 sigma green belt certified with hands on experience in quality tools;
strong in leadership and aggressive;
station in guangzhou or shenzhen of guangdong province, traveling to suppliers required.
